On Monday we hung out in the area, going to Sea Port Village and Horton's Plaza while we waited for the remainder of the family to arrive- we had family who drove all the way from Wyoming and South Dakota for the occasion! On Tuesday we went to the beach and then that night, to my dad's ordination ceremony. And on Wednesday we went to Sea World. Below are some pictures from the vacation, I had so many it was a little overwhelming about what to post and what to write. I hope you enjoy peeking at our vacation!

Checking out her new shoes

The Beach
This was Evie's first trip to the beach (that she wasn't in my tummy) so it was so fun for me to see her feel the sand under her feet and walk into the ocean wave (and promptly want to walk out as it was sooo cold!)
Aunt Jackie and Evie

Not impressed by the ocean water (it was COLD!)

Evie is under this towel, I was trying hard to make her nap while at the beach:

The nap time was unsuccessful!! Here she is talking to Grandma Dean after her victory of the "no nap":

Sea World
Sea World was my favorite day with Evie. She LOVED it, absolutely loved it! She was really watching all of the animals and shows, she had a great time at the dolphin and sea lion shows. At the Shamu show, she kept getting distracted by the seagulls and pigeons that would fly by!
At Sea World she starting going "Ooooooh" with her mouth and did that every time she was impressed by the animals. It was absolutely adorable! And she also started clapping, which was so cute and she was so enthusiastic about it.
At the dolphin show, having a bit of a snack before the show:

Clapping for the acrobats- this was her favorite show that we went to!
